1. Agreement
By downloading or using Stratux Signal (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms work together with Apple’s applicable rules for the App Store, TestFlight where applicable, and in‑app purchases, and Apple’s standard end‑user license for apps obtained through the App Store (“Apple Licensed Application”) may also apply between you and Apple.
2. Who provides the App
The developer identified on this App’s App Store product page provides Stratux Signal. Apple is not a party to these Terms between you and the developer beyond Apple’s own applicable terms unless Apple’s documentation states otherwise.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for entertainment, consistent with Apple’s platform rules and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer (except where law forbids such a restriction), distribute modified copies for sale, circumvent digital rights protections, rent, sublicense, or use the App in ways that violate law or disrupt others.
4. The service — entertainment only
The App is a puzzle game. It is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide professional, safety-critical, or operational advice for real networks, infrastructure, telecommunications, or related regulated fields. If you need operational guidance, hire qualified professionals.
5. Local data & backups
Game progress is stored locally on your device as described on our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining device backups.
6. Free content & in‑app purchases (non‑consumable; not a subscription)
Some levels are available without charge. Additional content may be offered as a separate purchase described in‑app.
In‑App Purchase. Some content may be available through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. This is not a subscription and does not involve recurring billing. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds, billing issues, and payment methods are handled according to Apple’s policies. If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchases made with the same Apple ID.
This is a one-time purchase (non‑consumable). No subscriptions or recurring billing are offered through Stratux Signal.
Prices shown in Apple’s storefront at purchase time apply. Taxes and currency conversions are governed by Apple and your storefront region.
Restore Purchases note: Restore Purchases is available inside the app where purchases are offered (for example from the unlock screen or Settings).
We cannot manually apply App Store receipts to Apple’s servers or override Apple entitlement state on your device.
7. Refunds & billing disputes
All charges for in‑app purchases and refund requests connected to Apple’s storefront are handled exclusively by Apple in line with Apple’s policies. Contact Apple Support for billing issues or receipt problems. We do not process App Store refunds or adjust Apple‑issued receipts ourselves.
8. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with other users where features allow interaction (if introduced), or circumvent platform rules.
9. Intellectual property
Name, visuals, puzzles, UX, logos, branding, compiled binaries, StoreKit‑listed product metadata we control remain our property except for rights expressly granted in these Terms and Apple‑required storefront fields.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability relating to the App is limited—where permitted—to the greater of (a) what you paid us directly outside of Apple‑processed IAP, or (b) zero.
12. Changes & termination
We may revise the App or these Terms over time through updates. Continue use constitutes acceptance absent local law mandates for extra consent procedures. Stop using App by uninstall.
