Who we are. Stratux Signal (“the App”) is an iOS puzzle game. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Summary
The App is built to work offline. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. The App does not track you across apps or websites for advertising or profiling. We do not require an account inside the App. Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Accounts
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in through us. There are no Stratux Signal usernames or passwords stored by us inside the gameplay experience described here.
3. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 in the United States (or the minimum age required in your region to consent to data processing without parental permission), in a targeted way. Parents can use device settings—for example Apple Screen Time or comparable tools—to supervise purchases and use.
4. What we collect (gameplay data)
Gameplay information such as which levels are unlocked, scores or results you earn, and in-app preferences may be saved locally on your device using standard on-device mechanisms (such as UserDefaults or similar local storage).
We design the App so that we do not routinely transmit that gameplay progress to our servers from the App itself. There is no user-facing login through which we host your save games on our backend in this version.
5. What we do not do
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the version of the App this policy describes.
- We do not use the App to track you across apps or websites for behavioral advertising.
- We do not upload your contacts, microphone, camera roll, or precise location from the gameplay features described here.
- We do not sell your personal information.
6. Pricing model (No subscriptions)
No subscriptions or recurring billing are offered by us through Stratux Signal. Optional content may be available as a one-time in-app purchase. See our Terms for how purchases work.
7. Apple & the App Store (including purchases)
If you download the App, receive updates, or make in‑app purchases, Apple processes those activities—downloads, storefront display, receipts, billing, and entitlement checks—according to Apple’s privacy policy and Apple’s applicable terms.
- Payment card data for purchases is collected and handled by Apple, not by us.
- Apple may provide developers limited transactional or diagnostic information compatible with developer programs.
Restore Purchases: Restoring an eligible purchase uses Apple’s entitlement systems tied to your Apple ID. Minimal technical data flows through Apple when you tap Restore—we do not need your password.
8. Diagnostics and crash data
Apple may collect limited technical or diagnostic data related to installs, crashes, or performance according to Apple’s policies, especially when you agree at the OS level to share Analytics or Crash data with Apple. We do not control those OS-level switches.
9. Data retention
Locally stored gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the App or wipe the device, unless an encrypted device backup restores that data onto a replacement device. Information about your purchases is retained by Apple as described in Apple’s policies.
10. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties for cross-app behavioral advertising within the practices described above. Future support tools (for example routing an email from you through a mailbox provider) would be described here if materially changed.
11. International users / regional privacy rights
If you use the App outside your home country, Apple and your platform vendor may process data across regions according to Apple’s privacy policy and settings you choose.
If laws such as U.S. state privacy statutes, GDPR, UK GDPR/UK DPA or similar grant you privacy rights (access, delete, portability, objections in some jurisdictions), requests related to purchases and payment history typically require Apple Support when Apple acted as merchant.
